Speaking recently with Terrorizer magazine, Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi confirmed that the original lineup of the band, including drummer Bill Ward, recently rehearsed old music together, further fueling the heavy rumours that the group will be reuniting for a world tour and maybe even a new album.
In the chat, Iommi stated: “We’ve had a rehearsal and played some of the old stuff and to be together again was great. We’re all on good terms and we’re at a stage where we can play together again. It would be good if we could and I suppose it’s the closest it’s been to be able to do that. It could happen!”

Running Wild Returns With Comeback Album "Shadowmaker"
Rock 'N' Rolf of German power metal band Running Wild announced that he will resurrect the defunct band. Running Wild played a final show in 2009 at Wacken Open Air and subsequently issued show as a live album and DVD release entitled "The Final Jolly Roger." Rolf announced that the new album, the first studio release since the 2005 album "Rogues En Vogue," will be entitled "Shadowmaker" and will be released in April of 2012 through SPV Records.
The announcement from the band's official website reads:
"RUNNING WILD are back! To the delight of his countless fans, Captain Rock'n'Rolf has announced the release of the new album, 'Shadowmaker', seven years after RUNNING WILDs last studio album, 'Rogues En Vogue'. 'My comments in spring 2009 about the demise of RUNNING WILD were absolutely serious at the time. I really needed time out and, to be honest, couldn't imagine even in January 2011 that I would ever feel like recording a new album again.', says Rolf. 'But when I had the inspiration for a best-of album, to which I wanted to contribute four new numbers, I rediscovered how much I enjoy composing. From then on it was only a small step to record a full new studio album.'
"Rock'n'Rolf has written ten new tracks for 'Shadowmaker'. among them are the midtempo opener 'Piece Of The Action', the uptempo number 'Shadowmaker' (roughly the same pace as "Angel Of Mercy") and the monumental eight-minute track 'Dracula', based on Bram Stoker's novel and the Christopher Lee movies. 'To me, 'Shadowmaker' is a very special album because there was no pressure, timewise or otherwise. I feel it's clearly audible that this relaxed attitude helped me to write one of the strongest RUNNING WILD recordings of all time.'

I don't know if Bruce would share a stage with Ozzy ever again
That's what I was saying earlier. It's between Bruce and Sharon (who basically controls Ozzy) though, so yeah that tour is a cool idea but it would never happen

We're sad to announce that Hell Within has called it quits. Hell Within will be playing our last show on 11/11/11 at the Village Smoke House in Lowell MA. We'd like to thank everyone that supported us over the years and made this band happen. It's been a long hard road, but the most enjoyable experience of our lives. All across the U.S. this band traveled, met tons of great people and experienced things that we will cherish forever. Hell Within released 3 records, had 2 recording contracts, did countless tours and shared with so many people something that is so precious to us. To all the band members that we ever played with, to our record labels Lifeforce and Thorp records, we will never forget you guys. From our 1st manager Cynthia Donovan to our latest manager Damon Moreno we thank you for dedicating so much time to us. Then to all the great companies like Jagermeister, Dean Guitars, B.C. Rich, Mesa Boogie, GHS, D'Addario etc.. that endorsed us we thank you so much for the support. We'd like to thank our family and friends for always being there for us through the good and tough times. I could go on and on, because the list never ends, just too many people and memories to count. Please come out to the 11/11/11 Village Smoke House show and for one last time, help us make one more memory that everyone will never forget.
when they played at some little shit hole here about 2 months ago they were having really bad money problems, so maybe that had something to do with it
Behemoth has wrapped up their first string of shows following Nergal's recovery from leukemia, which he was diagnosed with last year. The band had been looking forward to rehearsing and playing live again for some time, and the forced break sees a reinvigorated and hungry Behemoth, which makes them even more dangerous than before.
Nergal comments: "The word became flesh. We are back and we're back for good. Seven shows across Poland was a much needed morale boost for our camp. We have proven to ourselves that we can come back in an even more splendorous way than ever before! All the concerts turned out better than expected, most of venues were sold out and, despite my throat infection, we managed to pulled off the last three shows in Warsaw, Torun and Lodz. I'm back home and I'm recovering now…and I'm happy. Simple as that."
"Behemoth would love to hail all the fans that made this tour so great! Our friends: Mystic Production, Witching Hour Prod., Przemek, Kapral, Piotr, Adam, Mr. Groszek, Lubawa, Bartek Was, Piro...your dedication and professionalism can't be underrated! I'd like to thank Blindead and Morowe for keeping the variety and quality on the bill. Great people, great bands!"
"Also, we'd like to show our utmost respect to the rectors of Universities (who own few of the venues we played) who decided to let the shows happen under the strong pressure from religious groups that were trying to ban and cancel the tour. We always love to see when intelligence wins over superstition and stagnation. Hail Freedom!"
"Now we are taking some time off before striking back on the stages of Poland (Krakow, Rzeszow and Szczecin) in January and Europe (co-headlining tour with Cannibal Corpse) early next year! Soon we're gonna reveal super exciting news about Spring American tour! We are taking the world by storm again! Just watch!"
