i was being sarcastic lol, i have no desire to be orange. although during the winter i might do it a handful of times to avoid looking like casper, i get ghostly white in the winter and i enjoy my current level of whiteness.
I used to always get like an 8-9:30 mile, but last year I pushed like a bawse and got a 7 minute mile. I didn't try as hard last week but I still got 8:25 which means I definitely could've done it again.

last time i ran 2 miles i got about 18:30 which is a lot worse than what i used to, but having not even ran 2 consecutive miles in over 6 years i was happy even being able to do it.
my last PT test in the army was about 14:00 give or take
i started lifting again this week. yesterday did legs back and core. today is chest arms and shoulders. im going to try and go 4 times a week. i also warmup with 15 mins of cardio and cool down with 30 mins of low stress cardio
a mile in a little over 7 mins. 50 push ups 75 curl-ups 10 minutes of 4 count flutter kicks 15 minutes of 4 count over-head hand clappers 30 8-count push-ups
do this every other day. guaranteed to lose weight or gain muscle. that's how i did it.
I just bought a bike (grenade mx-g) hoping to get my exercise out of playing on it. My ADHD gets going to crazy in the gym and I get bored so I'm trying this out.

I'm starting my pre-season warm ups for swimming now to try and walk on to the team here. I'll be swimming a few thousand yards each day until I'm satisfied. I also weight train anytime from two to four times a week.
I would love to get a gym membership but Shane says it's a waste of money since I can't really use my right leg and it might hurt me and make me more depressed that I can't do the stuff. Would love to start doing some sit ups but need motivation. Would gladly do push ups or pull ups but the stupid bone spur in my left hand will cause extreme amounts of pain if I put any of my fat ass weight on my left hand.

i do arms,legs,cardio. i also do abs. i usally drink water or powerade zero at the gym.
