The prosecution couldn't prove a damn thing conclusively, they had no DNA at all, and they couldn't even prove how the girl died. the chloroform? No scientific proof whatsoever. nothing they presented linked Casey to the death.
the case fell apart for the state when her mom took the stand...and after that there case went to shit...her dad was obviously up there on the stand trying to bullshit everyone...i think its ridiculous how much people have freaked over this

yeah it was....and the OJ case was still 100x or more media coverage....this was aired on the news channels....OJ was on everything....and thats all they talked about on every channel for pretty much a year straight after the trial
the prosecution did have a not-so-great case. they did prove quite a bit though. but without no "murder weapon" it's hard to prove someone guilty. i do believe casey anthony got away with murder though. all signs point to yes.

I say she was guilty according to the decomposition evidence they had which places a dead child that was either caylee or similar to caylee in her trunk. She had no explanation for this and the only reasonable explanation is she transported her dead child. If she was not guilty speak up against the evidence they did present.

to my understanding they could never really prove there was a dead body in the trunk....i mean 7 different witness's refuted the claims of it smelling like death...as far as the hair tho i don't know to much about that...but it doesn't seem very plausible to me that you can find a hair and know if it came from a dead or live body

they proved there was a dead body in the truck. but since the prosecution didnt run it over with someone (idr who, i dont know much a bout court stuff ) it got thrown away.

It's nice to see the precedence this sets. If you dont want your child, or your dog, just rent a boat, drive out into the ocean, and toss them overboard. Maybe his them with a stick until they sink. Done. No evidence... Head home and party. and then when someone notices they are gone just be like "how the fuck am I to know where that child is? no my problem"
