i've only been watching this case over the last few days but all this evidence that people are talking about has never been brought up on TV. not saying you people are wrong or made it up, im just saying none of it was brought up. like the fact that people said that casey chloroformed her kid in front of somebody she was gonna fuck. and that they matched the duct tape from caylee's skull to a roll of duct tape owned by casey's mom. how does one even match them?
well you are right on the duct tape... they can't link the actual duct tape to her because it was so common, however she did own the same duct tape found on caylee -AND- on the duct tape I believe there was little kids stickers that caylee also owned. Like she felt bad and was giving her stickers for her funeral or something like that.
if you dont know the importance of the stickers... there are literally billions of kids stickers out there. and although they migh tbe common they are much less common then the duct tape. to find those stickers on caylee and then casey having the rest of them is pretty damning as far as I can tell.
Monicaa might give you a link to the chloroform testimony. I didnt follow it that closely and was repeating what she said.

oh she most certainly had an idea of what was happening if she herself did not do it but thats not the point. They went after her for murder with shoddy evidence at best when they should have known better, you can Blame the DA for this debacle.
No... they charged her with murder and manslaughter. I agree that there is no case for murder because the DA has no evidence that she intended to kill her child. And like has been previously speculated, she probably didnt intend to kill her child, she just accidentally died when she purposely chloroformed her so she could go clubbing.
I do believe they had more then enough evidence for manslaughter. Like you just admitted they had evidence to prove that "she most certainly had an idea of what was happening if she herself did not do it". In this country people can be convicted for manslaughter for as much as that and if she didn't do it then she should have started pointing the finger if she didnt want to go down with something she didnt do.
But lets think about it... The decomposition and hair in the trunk that was 100% dead body and 100% some little girl that is either caylee -OR- some very similar 3 year old girl. I dont think any reasonable person could conclude that it was not caylee because there are no other missing dead 3 years olds in that area. The DA should have then proved that casey was the only one who drives her car like most people do. Manslaughter.
Instead the jury was like... "IDK... Her child is dead. her car was used to dispose of the body. her stickers were on the child. her computer was used to research chloroform and chloroform was found with the decomposition of the child. She didnt report her 3 year old missing for 30 days, was out clubbing, and being a slut, and lied about everything when they found she was missing. hmmm... I'm just not sure she did it" If what I didnt quote is not a slam dunk case for manslaughter, i dont know what is. IANL, but i thought manslaughter was someone died and you had a part in that death but we can't prove you intended to kill them.
