opinions aren't proof in the court of law. you need to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that she is guitly. everything is circumstantial, that's not enough to put someone away for life.

Murder means you had all intentions of killing someone, most of the time it being premeditated. i do not believe that was her intent thus it being involuntary

Chloroform and the taping of her nose and mouth also the searches on the internet about searching for chloroform,neck breaking and death on the net before the murder shows intent to me.

i think casey was just a very negligent mother and due to her negligence the baby died from an accident and her family tried to protect her by covering up what happened.
