They said it wasn't a planned attack. It was just an idea that they had thrown around and decided to explore further, but they have no indication that the rail system attack was actually going to be implemented or not. They said it was more of an "aspirational" plan than anything else.

you'll be fine. There will always be the fear, but you gotta go on with your life other wise they win. The odds of it happening with the security we have no are very slim.

there will not be another 9/11 level terrorist attack. there may be something small like a bomb in a mall but nothing that's going to kill thousands and cost us billions and start another war
