My contribution to the thread.... I think the time of day that the users are available should also be considered, spread it out so there is usually a mod on throught the day and night. No sense in having 6 mods on at night, and none during the day or vice versa.

thats actually supporting my case for mod. i'm on ALOT when none of the other mods are with my schedule
