    It's just a layout that the person who operates this site who also spent his free time making this for us. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see anyone contributing to different ideas or constructive criticism when the layout idea was being made.

    The layout looks almost exactly the same, and I'm pretty certain I saw them talking about layout changes as well. I mean, if you're going to make a new banner for a site, it's expected to match the new banner.

    And for people who don't like it, what are the specifics of what you don't like besides "LOL IT'S GAY"?

    I think that would help everyone out a lot more to get a feel of what to improve on. Just sayin'.

    the actual banner to me is not the problem, its the feeling that a small number of people are going to turn what used to be a place where evryone knew each other and could talk somewhat intelligently to each other without gay noobs evrywhere. thats my biggest concern of what is still to come, i dont really like the layout but its not really a big deal
