so what? they were a hair metal in their early days and evolved into a killer band that had an original sound and style. theyre not the first band who started elsewhere and evolved into something else..
one of the reasons i like Pantera so much is because they only have one guitar player. I think that when dime did solo's and there was just bass and drums in the backround, it made to a much heavier deep sound and brought out the solo more. thats one of the things i like most about them, most bands have 2 guitar players, i liked them with one.
