That's what I'm arguing, Leah. He originally stated the bullshit claim that the bass was apart of it, which is a crock of shit.
The bass would cause a shoulder problem...because the strap rests on your shoulder and holds the whole weight of the instrument
It's a bass, not 8 cinder blocks.
I was saying James is now a country singer.
Well shit, where can I buy his country album? Anywho, my initial point was that every vocalist changes whether it be a lot or a little. Even your beloved Slayer has a hell of a lot different vocals than the 80's.
I'll dumb it down. Metallca's vocals are now country (live). I hope you can at least understand that
I'm just not see the similarity between James Hetfield and Garth Brooks.
phil...maybe he can't hit the high notes any more but he didn't try singing songs like a girl
I don't know about that, his voiced changed a shit ton in my eyes (ears?). Compare Cowboys From Hell to NOLA.
there 2 different bands...he adapts his style to fit the groove of the music...but the power he sings with is still the same...that is not the case for james

ITT: Santana doesn't know what he's talking about.
I never said it was, Jesus
Brian I did stay home instead of seeing metallica when it took too long for them to give us the support bands.
Maiden was 65 for pit in Chicago as apposed to 80 before fees for metallica in cincy.
I will gladly go see metallica if they promise me battery will be played.
Tom areya pissed me off. Y u no angel of death scream at beginning of song live.
If metallica did another evening with metallica where they play a 4 hour set I would gladly go for 100 a ticket.
If rammstein can't have fire in thir set I am not going to Chicago for it
