That's an argument for eliminating tagging up to get onsides. A completely different issue.
You're taking his argument out of context though. He's not advocating for offsides to be eliminated, he's advocating for tagging up to be eliminated. Not the same thing.
Also If you take away offsides it isn't like everyone is gonna be hanging out in front of their goal. That would just be like a power play for the other team. I just wanna see more fast breaks. They are exciting but few and far between.
