Regardless of the previous page of terrible argument from both sides, lyrical subjects and concepts are completely poor reasons to regard a band as poor. Don't try and tell me that if Lady Gaga turned to Immanuel Kant overnight that people would consider her music good. Lyrical content is completely unnecessary to have good music.

I really wasn't a fan of changing the focus of the argument from BMTH's lyrical content to Erik's opinions on Christianity.
If you wanted to go that direction, you could have tied the two together, stating that Behemoth, a band Erik loves, have lyrical content dealing with very little other than what we would both call "Christ bashing."

umm wine, what in gods name are you talking about?
He's right though. Good lyrics are the last thing I look for in an album. the music is what it's about. Now I do like creative lyrics and I do think they are important but I can live without them

Didn't think about that. That would have been a good point since he adores Nergal
If you're wondering about the relevance, just go back a few pages.
