We now have the no. 1 ranked recruiting class according to scout.com. Ricky Seals-Jones, the number 1 WR in the nation, committing this morning definitely helped.
Oh I can't wait to see these guys out on the field.
Texas Tech has hired former quarterback Kliff Kingsbury as its new coach, the school announced Wednesday.
Kingsbury, 33, was Texas A&M's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He instructed Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel this season.
Kingsbury was offered the Tech job Wednesday afternoon, and athletic director Kirby Hocutt announced the news of him accepting it with a video posted on Twitter not long after.
"Wreck 'em Tech," Kingsbury said in the video, giving the school's "Guns Up" sign when the camera panned to him.

I wasn't Kingsbury's biggest fan because he did have some questionable play calling. And nothing is official about Luke Joeckel and Jake Matthews leaving...Right now it's only Patrick Lewis. If one of our tackels does leave, it'll probably be Joeckel. Besides, I'm sure a ton of coaches would kill to have this much young talent on a team. It shouldn't be too difficult to replace Kliff.
I really hope DaMontre comes back for his senior season like Von did. He's my favorite player and just an absolute monster. [-O<
I'm hoping that our first-round picks feel that they have some unfinished business and come back for their senior seasons.

it's bad enough he's losing his line to the draft
