It is really iffy. Two potential top-5 picks and millions of dollars or another year of college football for a run at the national championship and an injury risk.
Von came back (no potential national championship, of course) for his senior year and moved all the way up from being a second rounder to the no.2 overall pick.
As a fan and student, I want them to return but it's so hard to pass up that much money and risk losing it.

Miller was a 2nd round pick after the season had ended even after his senior year. He gained a lot of attention to his film after he impressed at the combine, but more specifically his interviews. Sure, his senior tape was better than his junior tape, but I think that players like him and Te'o are exceptions, not the rule.
I think both of them leave. Moore would be one more year removed from the Von Miller comparison that people are talking about right now (which is a little weird to me), and that could be the difference between him being in the top 15 and 2nd round. Willing to bet he doesn't end up in the top 5.
Joeckel on the other hand, has a lot more to lose than Moore. He's already 21, the left tackle draft class is very shallow and he could find himself going #8 at worst right now, if you ask me. Players like Lewan, the only other top 20 OT candidate really, struggle in the pre-draft process, and players like Joeckel excel. He's smart, technically refined and has the tape to back it up.
Crazy game today with Arizona and Nevada. A fist fight on the sidelines between Arizona players and then a crazy comeback in the last minute. I still hate Rich-Rod doe.

I don't hate him. He didn't do a good job in Ann Arbor, but his failure at Michigan was not entirely his fault. In many ways he was fighting a uphill battle the entire time he was here. I'm glad he's gone, but I sympathize with the way things flamed out here and hope he learns from his mistakes at Arizona.

Also, Michigan sucks.
