My dad works night shift so he screws up when he speaks all the time.
He was driving my brother and I to school when I was in 4th grade and my brother was in 1st grade. My brother forgot to brush his teeth, so his breath smelled.
Dad: Did you brush my teeth? Brother: No? Why would I brush your teeth? Dad: Why wouldn't you brush my teeth. You're supposed to do it every single morning before school! (he got really mad at this point) Brother: (starting to cry) I don't know why i'm supposed to brush your teeth though. I know I gotta do mine and I forgot too and I'm sorry but why your teeth too? Dad: Wait. What? Me: Yeah you asked him if he brushed your teeth, dad. Dad: Ohh oops.
and then through all of this he drove right by the school and we were late.
night shift sucks lol. I've seen him come home one morning, and grab a fork and a glass to eat cereal. Another time last year he poured orange juice into his cereal instead of milk.
get a license ASAP before you guys do it o'doyle style
hahahhaha I've got my license now so it's all good. Although when we were driving to Delaware last September, we were going over the Goethals bridge from Staten Island into Jersey. I'm scared of bridges and especially that bridge. It's really narrow. He swerved a bit and I thought he was messing around. He told me he was and I got really pissed. Well later in the day he told me that he wasn't messing around but that it was the 1st time he almost fell asleep while driving. Yeah I about hit him lol
