So my flight last night was cancelled and I got in 6am this morning. Been in Vegas for 16 hours now and shit is winding down. At this shitty diner about to eat some crap before flying back home. I'm drunk as shit so hopefully I fly back home as scheduled.

Naw but I was mainly speaking on how timely it would have been. As I said before, after my Metal catch-up, the 2 absolute favorites that I actually keep replaying and listening to are Born Of Osiris and Veil Of Maya. VOM’s (M)other album in May is actually one of my most hyped albums of 2023 at this point. So them 2 alone is why that lineup makes me sick lmao. BTBAM is jus icing on the cake, although they’re kind of becoming a new favorite as well. I wasn’t too heavy into them even back when I was strictly into Metal, but this time around they’re sticking wit me a lot more. I keep coming back to The Great Misdirect and Colors II. So yea those 3 together is like the most fitting and perfect Metal line-up for me at this exact moment in time, so the fact it actually happened already makes me sick lmao.

Saved a couple lives today. Feels weird. Good but weird. All my coworkers were thanking me and they took me out to the bar after and bought me drinks and such. We had a new guy start a couple weeks ago. Definitely an odd guy but I never really talked much with him and I hear a couple my buddies at work telling me that he’s said some “off shit.” So yesterday, I walk into the lunchroom with my line partner (we have a few separate lines that produce different quantities of materiel, everyone gets partnered two to a line) and we sit to eat and this guy is in there. My partner makes a joke and goes “Yeah this is Moe’s favorite place on earth” and I’m like “Oh yeah love it here, it’s paradise.” New guy looks at me and goes “Yeah man I feel ya maybe we should come in one day and light this place up” and I’m like wtf. Bear in mind it’s been nothing but hi and bye with a little bit of sports talk to this point. My super comes in and yells at him to get back to work and says his line has been running for a minute. Apparently this guys half hour lunch had been going for about 55 minutes. Super leaves and this guy drops his shit and starts muttering “Fucking yell at me during lunch. MY LUNCH. Gonna kill someone, they’re gonna make me kill someone.”
This morning I showed up early and went around to the 5 or so people who commented on him saying “Off shit.” This guy has said everything from “I know good spots to bury bodies. The only reason people get caught is because they’re lazy and sloppy. It’s so easy if you’re not lazy” to “Are there any quarries around here? Those are the best spots to bury people” and finally telling our other newer co worker (he’s been here maybe 3 months) that he couldn’t sleep at night because he keeps having dreams about killing us all. I wrote everything down and got my super, my union rep, the plant manager and the HR lady. Told them everything. They kept him busy while security scanned his car. Found a loaded gun and a hit list including my super, our work mom (super sweet old polish lady no clue why she was on there) and my buddy who had just had a baby girl two weeks prior. Cops were called and he was escorted off the property. Crazy fucking shit today lmao
He also had two hours of personal time in and was planning to leave early today. My guess was he was gonna fire away before he left while we were still working. The people he hates all work on the line that’s closest to the door leading to the parking lot. Felt so bad for work mom. She literally couldn’t stop shaking the entire day. We had another guy whose had some pretty bad alcohol/mental health issues but has been sober for round 6 months. Always kind of a twitchy nervous guy. All he could talk about was going to grab a drink when he got home. Really hope he didn’t cave
Damn work mama just called me. Said she’s having nightmares about getting shot up at work. Feels bad man. Legit don’t know what else to do here. Also unfortunately bro who’s been sober for 6 months caught his third DUI tonight. Guess he caved for those that don’t know, IL is a three strikes you’re out state. It’s gonna be damn near impossible for him to ever hold a license again. Fuck I almost feel like I made it worse for everyone. People were scared, too scared to say anything about this guy. But it feels like after I led the charge and said something it made it worse for everyone. Pretty conflicted atm. My one guy just hit me up and said I was a snake and I caused drama and shouldn’t have said shit. Feels bad man x2.
