Basically the unit that connects the fuel cage to the line went bad so I couldnt tell how much fuel I actually had in my car. They had to replace the entire unit
My mechanic is trustworthy. My whole family has been using them for years. They used to be one of my mom's customers (she was their banker)
Trustworthy or not, if money is that tight for you, you’re gonna have to learn to fix your own shit.
2-4 bolts for the gas tank straps maybe 3 more to disconnect the fuel fill tube disconnect gas lines clips and wire harness clip and pull out the fuel pump assembly.
$200 or less for a fuel pump assembly with the sending unit.
2-3 hours of time.
$600 saved.
Worst case scenario you start the job and can’t complete it. Then pay someone $800 to fix it.
I’m taking my car to my dads buddy that we parked at when we went to knotfest said it would take him like an hour and a half. Was planning on just giving him 500 bucks depending on the parts. He’s trustworthy.
We’ve YouTube’d worked on my car before but he told me to just take it to the actual mechanic for this one.
Save yourself a future headache and have them upgrade the plastic 90 coolant bypass elbow with a metal one. Those fuckers break all the god damned time on the GM 3.8’s.
My brothers a mechanic so i just let him at it. I buy the parts he doesn’t rape me on labor so it’s a good deal. For really big shit he can’t do it his job, I take it to my dads buddy who’s been working on all ours cars forever. He’s cheap, efficient and quick and I’ve never once had a problem after he’s patched something up.

Don't you have like 240k on that boi?
The nfl doesn't broadcast in 4k either, but man the games look like shite 1/2 the time.
Amazon does the best job. Their picture is incredible. No reason for the nfl not to do that with every game.
