I wouldnt go that far. Is it shitty? No. But ive seen much much better.
Except it is shitty. The shading is a joke, its not shaded, its basically two toned. Look at the curved line at the top of the shoulder. Even? No. Smooth? No. Lines consistent thickness? No. I don't care who did it, who got it, or who posted it. Shitty tattoo is shitty. Do I like the AILD tattoo posted? No. I don't like the band or the image he used. Doesn't matter. Are the lines straight? Yes. Even? Yes. Is everything smooth where it should be? Yes. Same with Ape's tat. Everything is right in front of your face if you know what to look for.
Line work in tattoos shouldn't look like this.... Erik want lettering done by someone who draws lines similar to these. That will look awesome I'm sure.
Now look at the line work in this outline... Don't fucking tell me you can't see the difference.
Sorry Erik but it's not. The lining is awful I wish id have taken pics of mine when it was an outline. It looked solid and precise. That looks sloppy as hell
