while we're on the subject, Halloween is my favorite slasher movie of all time. it was brilliant and original. the second one was also pretty good. michael myers is the best horror movie serial killer of all time, IMO. and it just pisses me off that they completely fucked up a franchise (after the second one) that had sooooooo much potential.

back to zombie's halloween 2, pretty much my only 2 complaints i have about it are: 1) he turned Dr. Loomis into a bitchy diva for the majority of the movie, and 2) i still dont understand the ending, michael myers was there but he wasn't there but then he was actually there, wtf was that? i mean i get the whole psycholigical break down of lorie but that final scene they kept cutting it so fast it was really hard to tell what was going on. first off, when the cops showed up they said a witness said they saw SOMEONE carry a girl into that shack but when loomis showed up and went into that shack michael myers wasn't there and that lorie was just "imagining" the whole thing. but then as soon as they got outside of the shack michael was there and then they all got shot and killed or something like that lol. so what i still dont get is, was michael there or not?

I thought the whole movie sucked, and yeah how could you do that to Dr. Loomis?
the movie 'The Raven' sounds pretty awesome. anyone else excited for it? or even heard of it for that matter?

The Raven begins with Poe (played by Cusack) arriving in Baltimore as a serial killer is terrorizing the city, using the writer’s stories as the inspiration for his crimes. Poe is a suspect at first, but he eventually joins forces with a police inspector to solve the crimes and save the woman he loves.
i dont think the movie is based on The Raven, i think its just based on where Poe went when he dissappeared and what he did. and in the movie during that period he ends up in baltimore working with the cops trying to find a killer that is basing his/her murders off of Poe's writings. so maybe The Raven is included in there somewhere.
