I played around with both the kindles and the Nook's.... I thought from a useability perspective, I preferred the Nook Color the most. My only concern when buying the Nook Color was the LCD screen instead of the e-ink screen. I figured it probably wasnt a big deal. I also wanted the color.... since owning it for several months now, I have learned that the color screen wasnt a big deal at all, but I really wish the screen was e-ink. I still prefer the Nook interface over the Kindle. Soooo... the new B&W nook is like perfect for me I think.

Just so you guys know, the Borders ebook client sucks major ass. There's a reason that they're going out of business.

Owned it since Christmas.

it has an LCD screen which IMO isnt the best for reading. eink is where it is at I think

Glitchy book interface, bookmarks rarely work, and it sometimes freezes.

This is on my laptop. I honestly don't really know how this relates to ereaders cuz I've never even touched one.

Weird. I would have thought it would be the same app on the computer verses the ereader. I havent had any of the problems you mentioned.

I wish I did at my local one, but it was closed before I heard about it.

I hit up like 3 different Borders that closed. Got my Christmas presents from there. Must have spent $800 on books, and that was the discounted books.
