I'm taking a break from reading right now, I just finished a collection of Hemingway short stories. I'll be getting Paradise Lost tomorrow though, I'm really excited to read it.

I liked the Silmarillion.

Chavey, if you like Stephen King, you have to read the book they mentioned on the cover. I consider The Stand to be his best book, but it's a little long.

I'm finding it so tough to get through The Silmarillion. It's my second attempt. Just so much detail that it exhausts me. That normally doesn't happen.

I think the heavy description is what made reading Lord of the Rings difficult.

Wow. I looked it up...one of the books it critiques is my old AP History textbook, the American Pageant.
