It's the words and labels that trip people up. Swap out a word or term and you've got an easily discovered asshole. You can spot an asshole feminist by just changing all gender pronouns they use to words like person or people. "Women deserve equal pay" becomes "people deserve equal pay" and there is no problem. A statement like "all men must die" reveals a so called feminist to really just be an asshole. Sexism isnt an issue in the west. Rape is illegal. A failure to punish a rapist is a justice system issue, not a sexism issue. Most male rape cases are laughed at. Unequal pay is illegal. Women have access to birth control, abortion, and tampons. They make the same money, can work the same jobs, and are treated the same in society. They make up the majority of college students, work the least amount of demanding physical labor jobs, dont have to register for the draft, and win the majority of custody and divorce settlements, and are still paid allomony despite being able to earn MORE than men. Catcalling, and hot women in videogames, are nonissues. Feminism isnt needed in modern society. It is needed in places like the middle east though. Where women cant own property, or go outside not covered up, and can be legally raped and burned alive. But the left wont touch it for fear of xenophobia and Islamophobia.
