It's not karaoke. That's literally how most Hip Hop shows are. Beat/track plays and you rap/sing over it. I only seen 3 Rappers wit a full band; Drake, J. Cole, and Childish Gambino.
And because they're featured and I let them do their thing for their verses and just added dubs.
wait... This is 100% your song, you wrote it all... and because these two assclowns were featured on your song, you let them basically run the event?? Jesus dude. That's brutal. Look I can appreciate you wanting to do right by others helping you out- but your song, you should be front and center. Not down 1 step in the corner.
I was literally thinking the entire time that these guys were equal partners on that song, and I was wondering if they were going to cut you out of their act.
So I should be front and center doing what? Performing THEIR verses for them? Hell nah that's not how it works and any time I seen a song wit a feature performed live, and the feature artist was actually there, it was the same deal. It's a matter of respect and tryna take the spotlight like that is being a straight tool. And it goes both ways, if I was featured on someone's song and we performed it live, I'd expect the same treatment and would feel disrespected otherwise.

Were they at all performing any of your verses too?
I get that you were showing them respect by giving them center for their parts, and that's cool.. But you had parts too. You should have been standing there are an equal instead of a step below off in the corner. But what the fuck do I know about this sort of thing- Answer- Nothing. literally nothing.

I know which one is you. stupid flat-billed hat, tight pants. Perhaps it's just the angle the video is being shot, and the fact that you can't see what direction the other people in the store are sitting. I've never been to this store, so it's impossible to tell the layout
Same layout as any venue would be. Stage at the front, facing the crowd in a vertical layout.
I couldn't find any layouts of this Hookah place... But is it basically like this? Obviously getting rid of the coffee baskets... So you're performing on the right of this picture and people would be able to see you while they are in line?
I wish I had your confidence Rex. It must be so rejuvenating to be a fat piece of bald shit who's accomplished absolutely nothing and still has the balls to talk shit about people.
It's nothing like that, it's a hookah lounge. And I'm no longer feeding the troll since that's all this feels like now.
ok ill stop clowning. Serious Question - So you got one show done, What is your plan for getting more events? Seems like this is the sort of thing where you have to hit the phones and just keep calling place after place, begging for stage time. Maybe have a demo CD with 2 songs on it to send to the different clubs in the area? I would imagine it's all about numbers- Ask as many as you can, and shrug off the 99% that say no thanks and give it your all on the 1% who say yes.
Like I said if you want some insurance for that glass jaw I'm your guy. Your rates are gonna be high though, it's tough to insure something so fragile.

I'll have a triple shot soya trim latte mocha with cream please

I thought it was decent, man. Layout just looks a little funny, but it didn't seem like karoke. Make sure they set you up with a better mic next time though. Your boy's mic was fine but yours was quiet. Otherwise, despite all the haters, at least your trying. A show is a show.
