I still enjoy the show but yeah they totally tilted it too far towards drama after season two. The relationship between Mickey and Ian was so well done though.

After reading about the book, it sounds a lot better. On paper, the presentation sounds the same with the narration from both of them but I feel like it's just way too difficult to execute in film as well as it comes off in the book. Might have to check that out.
