It amazes me that a place that has been known to treat bands like complete shit by cutting their set short with no warning at all, will have a local band play before doors even open, will throw your equipment out in the snow or rain if you don't pack up quick enough, won't pay a band even if they sold all of their tickets, etc. Not to mention its in a horrible part of Detroit,and the sound and venue are complete shit condition wise. When you have places around here that are also closing that actually care about the bands and treat them with respect and that can actually pull in a good crowd for most of their shows. Shit makes me sad for places like Blondies, Blackened Moon in Lansing, etc. because they were some cool places to see a show.
