I had a change of close, 600 in cash and another 1100 on my bank card....I was GONE. but we have three kids, and I came to my senses....

okay. I just changed my opinion... I'd just flat out report this to the school district and authorities. Turn over the evidence you have. I know I am only hearing your side, but it sounds like she doesnt really want to work things out. And if it was me, I'd want full custody of my children. As a man you are at a disadvantage for getting custody. However if she is a registered sex offender, you shouldnt have any trouble with that.

If you didnt have kids, you take the higher road... If it was me I'd really want time to think if the marriage could be saved, but it sounds like you've already spent over a week on that route. So after that, Custody is everything. And even if you reporting her justifies in her head that you are a asshole bastard and deserved to be cheated on... so fucking what. You have custody and what does she have? unemployment and a relationship with a 17 year old for another 2 weeks.

If possible though, try and get it done without a lawyer. If the authorities and school district have those recordings, you probably wont have much trouble getting your way during the divorce. The only thing a lawyer is going to do is add 50k to the cost of the divorce on each side.
also - food for thought. Call up the 10 best family law lawyers in the area and make an appointment with them for a consultation. Once that happens they can't take on the case and work for your wife.
