Yes, people are born sexually attracted to the opposite sex. Just like Dahmer was born and enjoyed killing frogs and other animals before he started killing people. It just so happens he got sexually excited, if I remember right, by the opposite sex and dead bodies. Some people are also born who feel like they're a female or a male but are stuck in a male or females body
