the biggest one to me is that all of the current players can transfer out to other D-1 schools without having to sit out a season per the usual rules. Their current players will be bolting to schools all over the country now.
lol my cousin was actually gonna go to Penn but the night before he was supposed to leave for his dorm, he got an anxiety attack and ended up switching college smart kid
they punish schools all the time for violations when the people that fucked up are long gone. see usc, ohio state, north carolina, miami, etc
doesn't mean its right
so...they should not punish penn state when they've continually punished schools for violations after the fact and very seldom punished the athletes that actually violated rules...because you don't think it's fair?
wake you so realize that the death penalty would not have stopped there football program for good? only a couple years
and USC got no where near this...they got a 2 year postseason ban and some scholarships.... not to mention they were not fined 60 mil and there wins are still there
i believe this punishment is just....its going to take years maybe decades...or maybe they never will recover
also the death penalty by rule is only handed out to teams that violate there probation when they have already been investigated by the NCAA

as for the catholic church... all i'll say is they've spent over 3 billion covering up and paying damages for child rape since the 50's.
smart kid
yeah. fuck Catholics.
Over 100 wins taken from Paternos record, now hes #8, instead of #1.
No need for a statue of an average coach who covers up for a chid molester...
