I personally believe that it's generally harder for women overall to make it into these higher level jobs. Now of course there are many women working high level, high paying jobs, but I think that it's easier for males to get them. If you take a group of men and a group of women that have equal working skill/experience, I feel that significantly more men would be chosen for higher-up positions than women. It's not a simple issue though, as I still have questions myself as to what all exactly causes the pay gap, but I just believe that situations such as these are sometimes overlooked by the general public. It's not all one sexes fault, although I feel it's fairly lopsided.

keep in mind i took 4 and a half years of college history at a top tier college for its major, in liberall hippie ass massachusetts..obviously women in histroy was covered extensively to say the least i have plenty of feminism background.. i got an A in a damn class called women of the 20th century...
women have had a very difficult road on this earth and i feel bad for most women, but you are simply being completely unfair to the modern man due to personal issues....i was offered no proof on anything i brought up and was rarely even given a counterpoint..arlo was the only person to really even logically do that...
One class on women's studies doesn't make you an expert. You aren't a woman. You have never experienced sexism. And I can't teach you everything I know because it would take way too long. You would get much more out of reading things yourself, don't you agree?

I don't understand why you haven't learned anything about feminism in any of those classes. And I've already explained to you why women make less than men. Their salaries are cut because of their gender. Some get less hours, but that's because people don't think they are capable of handling the exact same tasks as the mighty white man does. I experienced it myself. I did even more than the man who was hired, and he was a shitty ass employee, and I had already been at my work for over a year, yet for some reason he was getting paid more.
personal experience is not an example....i stated once that in personal experiences i noticed black people stole more from my work than any other race and i was labeled a racist......
