I've always found training to be its own reward. It may not be the most entertaining thing I do, but there are so many positives that truly from it that it encourages me to push through. The feeling you get when you complete a run quicker/easier, go an extra round, add an extra 10 pounds on the bar, bust out 2 more pullups than your previous max or adding more height for pylos is all the motivation I need. These gains are why I suffer.
I went to a fitness clinic last saturday at a soccer training center (warehouse).... and they showed us some really effective core workouts; never really thought about it, but I've never actually worked out the core. Just the vanity muscles.....
needless to say, i've been doing that same routine all week.
I've started doing the basic core work from that Never Gymless book... It's that chapter right before conditioning is king lol. Holy fuck is Ross a beast though, check out some of the roll outs he shows you (pdf pages 145-149)
ive been trying to do some research on supplements and such. doesnt anyone have a recommendation for one? im mostly looking to build definition but building muscle mass also would be a plus. i heard hydro builder works well.

That man isn't human. He can't be.
I'll just leave this here.
The only time when the fun stops, or i just go through the motions and won't/can't focus is when I'm exhausted.
Indeed.
