Microsoft has about 90k employees, with the largest chunk of them living and working in Washington State. They have a small office of like 10 people in Nevada, that they claim all the sales of their products go through them... Since Nevada has little to no business tax, they get around having to pay washington state tax on the products they are selling. So basically Microsoft is putting a HUGE burden on the WA state infrastructure, but found a great tax loophole that gets them out of paying to support it.
Me thinks shit like that should stop. Microsoft should move the fuck to Nevada and then see how long Nevada stays tax free with 60,000 new employes to the state.
we really should move to something more flat, and loophole free.
(Total company revenue - total company expenses) * flat percentage.
this model works the same with conglomerates as well. they just choose which country they want to use.

bullshit terms like that don't mean anything against the scope of our government. You can bitch that the Republicans do this, or the Democrats do that - But both parties are guilty of the same crime that is fucking our nation over.
