I prefer franks red hot, but siracha is good too

This burger place by my house grills the burger in franks red hot, then tops it with pepperjack cheese and beer battered jalapenos. Then I throw some ranch on the bun. Best burger ever.

I have yet to use Frank's as a marinade. I'm like the only person in our house that likes spicy food and I don't really feel like going through the process for myself. Eventually!
