Ok I've been so stressed out about it that it is physically taking a toll on me. They simply will stick me in a spot on the building where it is 110 or above w/ no a/c w/ the sun on me. I've gotten sun burned on my left arm from a day at work. Oh yea, if I have a drink there, I get written up.
