I just found this picture on my computer from about a year and 3 months ago. I talked before about my weightloss and shit, but when I seen this picture, I was stunned at how disgustingly overweight I was and how happy I am I decided to make a change. I expect people to make fun of the old picture, I was fat as fuck, but thats not me anymore. I lost 88lbs since then. I'm posting this picture in hopes to maybe inspire someone who might want to loose weight and show it can be done..... this shit's embarrasing, but fuck it.....























and here is me now, I just took this picture 5 mins ago with the same exact hat...

good job bro! i'm slowing losing weight too. i gained over 50 pounds since i started working at McDonald. i've sworn off any of their food but salads and been using my Kinect fitness game. lost 20 pounds so far

kickass! i was 340lbs, i just stopped giving a fuck... all i did was pound brews everyday and whenever I was hungover, whci was every fucking day almost I would just eat madd food cause it made my hangover less painful... but when I stopped boozing and went to the Dr, i realized how fucking unhealthy and shit I was so I started hitting them gym and eating right... some months I lose like 20lbs some months i've lost like 5, i guess it depends on my energy level, since march, i lost 30. so now i'm 250ish, I want to get down to 200 by my wedding in december, I can do it \m/

88 lbs is a shit load. I was 230 about 3 or 4 years ago and I look back at my pics and I am embarrassed that it was me. It's only about 20 lbs., but still. 88 lbs is a like a whole person lol

yeah dood, just from quitting drinking I lost like 20lbs in the first 2 weeks, then I just drink water and dont eat any fast food or nothing, the past 3 months i been on a real stric diet preparing for my wedding, then i just hit the gym up hard... it takes some time, but if you put the effort in, it works....
