I don't think it's as uptight as it is that women are stigmatized when discussing their sexuality. Plenty of people think I'm a total hoe bag simply because I enjoy sex with different people. Men can have as much sex as they want, and people think he's just a ladies man. women have multiple partners and "OMG WHAT A WHORE."

I didnt read the whole thread, but I do think it's a little weird if guys don't "get things out their system". Masturbating relieves stress among many other things. I think if guys don't do it, it's very strange and one day they will likely snap or something. I know i would lol

I still don't believe it. My wife doesn't even masturbate really. I mean she has, but not very often at all, and she is completely not uptight at all. I just think guys make it way more of a priority to do it, and think about sex every 3 seconds, whereas women are smarter than us in that way. lol

In general a woman's desire to masturbate might be equal to a man's desire to masturbate, however a woman does not require the biological release that a man does. Because women do not require this "release", their need to masturbate is less. I'm not claiming there arent girls that masterbate more then some guys.... I'm jsut saying that in general there is less of a requirement for girls to do that, so I believe their rate of doing it must be less.
