It really couldn't have fit onto Shogun....everything on it had many more riffs than this.
As far as that goes maybe not but the melodic part which is the majority of the song definitely could fit on shogun. Part of me feels it could fit on Ember to Inferno best. The clean vocals on Ember to Inferno are very different, raw, and they don't seem to change notes much. Overall the cleans are different from this song but it seems like it could fit nicely

I think this will be TBDM's best effort if what I've heard is indicative of the whole album's sound. I'm a big fan of Ryan Knight, and he sounds like he was a big part of this album.
if Sounds of a Playground Fading is like the single, I feel the album will be on the same level as A Sense of Purpose...I like the album but still I'd like something different. ASP is like a 5-6/10....imo
