Trivium is going on tour Internationally untill late March, taking a break untill May, and jumping into the studio before June.

Bullet for my Valentine is releasing a new album very soon. No word on release date, no album title or cover art.

During Slayers recent down time, most of the band began playing around new ideas for their final album

All That Remains is on a short break and will be heading back into the studio to follow up on 2008's Overcome before March. (NOT COMFIRMED)

As I Lay Dying's new album - The Powerless Rise is due for release this Spring, no word on cover art or exact release date

Disturbed is getting ready to release a Bundle with 10 years worth of live videos, backstage and on the road tour diaries, a newly remastered "The Sickness" as well as their follow up to 2008's Indestructible. If Disturbeds next album is a number 1 hit, they'll be the first band ever to have 4 number 1 albums in a row.

Unearth has already started on writing some new shit and has setup studio time in their home
town of Boston between June and August. So expect a new album sometime towards the end of 2010.

The Acacia Strain has been in and out of the studio recently, and is coming out with a new live DvD called "The Most Unknown" which might have some info on a new album

Bleeding Through has a new live DvD coming out called "Wolves Among Sheep" and has supposely been writing new shit.

Machine Head will also be heading in and out of the studio this March, but wont have any serious studio time till after the summer. Robb Flynn said "We're taking our time, but believe me, if you liked The Blackening, then you'll totally be blown away by our next album. Unlike when we we're recording The Blackening, we weren't sure if our fanbase will follow. Now we know where we are going."
