Giant Squid is tracking our new album, MINOANS, at Louder Studios in Grass Valley, CA in June with Tim Green (Melvins, Red Sparrows, Pleasure Forever, Karp). The album will be mixed by Matt Bayles (Isis, Mastodon) who produced our last two releases.
Translation Loss will be releasing MINOANS on CD/digital/vinyl simultaneously around October, 2014. Many more details to come. Kickstarter announcement soon to raise funds for the studio and all sorts of extra 10 year anniversary goodies.

Dahlia Murder and Skeletonwitch, coinciding with the release of Clawing
Into Black Sun, the Wolvhammer outfit -- bassist Joe Noel
(ex-Samothrace, ex-Altar of Plagues live) and guitarist Brendan Seven
completing the lineup -- will announce a barrage of live assaults and
widespread touring in support of their most punishing and accomplished
offering yet. Additional updates on Wolvhammer's upcoming plans and
tunes from Clawing Into Black Sunwill be released over the coming weeks.
