THE OAKLAND TRADERS "I do realize that you did not want us to draft JaMarcus Russell. He is a great player. Get over it." - The famous last words of Al Davis to Lane Kiffin, delivered to the world via overhead projector. According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, Donovan McNabb was a no-show at Philly's non-mandatory workouts yesterday. That could be because according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Oakland Raiders have emerged as the leaders to land the quarterback in a trade. A move could come today, which would make today a good day to fire up the Sporcle and come up with a list of everyone who has started under center for Oakland since Oakland lost Super Bowl XXXVII to Tampa Bay (oh, how the mighty have fallen): - Rich Gannon - Rick Mirer - Marques Tuiasosopo - Kerry Collins - Andrew Walter - Aaron Brooks - Josh McCown - Daunte Culpepper - Bruce Gradkowski - Charlie Frye - JaMarcus Russell (Sigh.) Is it too much to ask for Al Davis to bring back his projector to announce that the trade has gone through?

That's your speculation, it's possible, but I don't consider it possible. It would piss me off if people were like "well yeah man, it's for sure going to happen that the Broncos win the super bowl dude" then everyone said the broncos were going to make the superbowl. Acknowledge the possibility you're wrong, and I don't have a problem with it.

They're terrible. They're dead for at least another 4 or 5 years.
