I'm sorry, but I read that article and I see the words "new" and I think they really mean new. I read that they still need to produce some of them and I think they really are producing something new. I need a remedial reading course. Maybe "Hooked on Phonics" would help me. LOL
the F-15 has been in service since 1976 so just because the plane itself is new, doesn't mean the technology is.
