So at this last job, our paydays are Fridays and wit direct deposit it hits immediately as it turns midnight. So today I was due for my final check from them, but it was also sposed to be short. I worked 3 10 hour shifts, then clocked in on Thursday and was fired right after. So it was sposed to be a 30 hour check. Well it hit and I jus checked and somehow I jus got over $1,000 from them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Literally biggest check I ever got from them as my last. I guarantee what happened is these incompetent rejects never clocked me out on Thursday so it jus kept running up the rest of the week and they never caught it. Oh well that’s yall problem now. Yea but even if they paid me for that whole day, it still would have only came out to a 38 hour check. So it would have still been a bit short, while this was the biggest check I ever got from them. I gotta wait to see the paper stub, but based off the amount, I’m willing to say this ended up being like a 90-100 hour check and the clock stayed running.
Again I gotta wait for the paper stub to come in the mail to see the details but I don’t think it’s policy for them to pay out remaining PTO if you leave or get fired. If it is this would be the first I ever heard about it from anyone. Most likely they literally jus fucked up and kept me clocked in lmao.
