Dropped over a grand this week and got everything minus the sound treating foam to finish up the home studio. And yes it is an actual studio cause the room is dedicated solely to music and is separate from my room. My studio desk is on it's way and should be here bout Tuesday or Wednesday. Construction starts tomorrow. Feels so good that this is finally becomin a reality. No more bedroom recording. \m/

@dranyam yeah I get 40 which they probably aren't happy with as its an old contract.  Any new contractors probably get 30 or 33 percent
