I actually watched a fair amount of that, forgive me if I'm wrong it's been a while but it seems like your opinion has gone from "it was alright but not as good as the original series" to "the game is trash because that will irk people"
The combat is trash, and I didnt like the story or cinematic presentation. It does some things alright, like the Valkyries, which I actually enjoyed. In the grand scheme of games, its "ok", it does what it does, and at least its not a buggy, microtransaction filled mess.
But I still dont like the game very much. Its a huge step backwards from the original in every way. From its combat, to its world building, to its narrative. That's always been my position.
