Starting new job today. Tomorrow is 3 weeks since I got fired so ultimately jus got a nice lil vacation out of it lmao. Got that final big check so will only go 2 weeks without a paycheck. New gig pays slightly less hourly but the schedule is ideal. Monday-Thursday every week, Friday-Sunday guaranteed off. They’re 9 hour shifts tho so it’s 4 short of being the full 40. Thinking of doing a little Uber or Uber Eats on Fridays to make up the difference because I looked into it and they allow you to drive only one day a week if you want to so it would be the perfect lil side gig for this schedule.
Boss accused me of making a mess at the desk. Problem is I’m a clean freak and he is a slob. I fired an email back listing all the shit he doesn’t clean like he should and to get his facts straight if he’s gonna accuse me of shit.
He sent back a 3 paragraph email whining about how much work he does, nobody does anything else, he thinks he does all the work, all the cleaning (he cleaned for a few hours a day a couple days in a row to get ready for corporate to come), no body does anything, blah blah blah. He had a few logic loops where he admits I clean up all my shit and do my work, right before going back to talking mad shit like he said he’s still cleaner than me even though he leaves messes for others to clean. He’s busy doing real work. He then threw the other guys under the bus in the email. He kept going on about how toxic our relationship is, it’s the worst part of his job. I responded by color highlighting all the out of pocket shit he said in his email into like five different groups (this is you minimizing your employees efforts, this is you cryin about your job and how hard it is. People are mean to him you guys) This color is you not doing your job, this color is you being a dick and why people don’t like you and why it’s toxic. I reminded him that he has never asked for anything else, I’ve seen him less than 5 minutes in person this year, he’s never said shit to my face, we are short staffed and covering for a missing shift which is a management problem, told him to quit whining about how hard his job is to hourly employees cuz he signed up for it. I ended by saying me and the other operator have over 25 years experience and it’s a shame he has such a low opinion of us and what we provide for the plant.
I then tagged his boss and sent it up to HR as well.
Last week an engineer that’s lazy as hell tried to blame me for holdup on a fixture sent an email out tagging a bunch of people.
I replied all added some higher bosses and added it all the emails from the last year where I’ve explained at length to him where his fixtures were and two of them was his own emails where he asked to have my inspection bypassed because they crashed one of the other fixtures and then another one where they said they took pieces off a fixture after a crash so it sat down here until I eventually took it to the tool room and told him where it was and why.
I then called his boss to make sure he sees the email since this is a plant manager who also happens to be a concert buddy of mine.
I’ll be happy when this dude finally gets fired no one likes him.
Another engineer is all pissy at me this week because I emailed him and said “your fixture is still on my shelf it’s been done since July if you don’t come pick it up I will leave it on your desk”
he only responded “could have just asked” then refused to look at me when he came down. People are soft

My ninja air fryer is pretty dope but it's got 2 sides and I get high and turn a side on and forget and put the food in the other side and come back to frozen food too many times lmao
