Yeah, Japan has a whole ton of cultural issues alongside their demographic problems. The working lives of young Japanese people too apparently makes it difficult to meet people, etc.
That probably won't ever happen in the US though. We're just too diverse. For every neckbeard that decides to not ever have sex, there are five Catholic or Hispanic families that have ten children. Can't compare the US to like 95% of countries because a lot of the other ones have homogenous populations.
Did you even read my original post? I said the birthrate will slow in the U.S. because the majority of millenials are anti-natalist hipsters. Not because they swore off sex.
I can count the amount of people I know personally who wants kids on one hand

Almost everyone i know has kids. Anecdotal evidence means jack shit.
As long as you have religious people, you will have people who have multiple Kids dude and considering we're still killing over religious belief, that ain't changing anytime soon.
I forsee the U.S. following Japan in the coming years, in our birthrate declining drastically. Japan isnt having kids because men have stopped caring about sex and relationships, and men and women care more about work than family.
Here in the U.S., it wont be because we'll stop fucking, but because millenials are all selfish anti-natalist hipsters. Myself included. But the family unit in the U.S. is unimportant to millenials.

Traditional religion is in a huge decline amongst millenials too.

Yeah, I'm just trying to say that you can't compare the US and Japan situations at all. You're describing what you think white millenials are. Other millenials are different.
Also, I'd say the "anti-natalist" thing is kind of ridiculous. Millenials just make major decisions later. The same thing is happening to marriage rates, etc. Millenials at the end of the day will probably have the same number of kids as everyone else, but likely will have them later, i.e. Not in their 20's. The median Millenial is currently 28.

This is pretty much not true. Certainly not a huge decline. 53% of adults in 2014 believed religion is very important to their lives, compared to 56% in 2007. Conversely, 11% said it is not at all important, compared to 7% in 2007.

No offense but you also hang with a bunch of "social rejects" and you're all in your wary 20's. A lot of people have no idea what they want at that age.
also secular and new age "religions" (astrology, feminism, etc) are taking place of traditional spiritual ones (Judaism, Islam, Christianity), hence why I said "traditional religions"
The picture of the dumb bitch with a straight face on splash mountain going viral. This is not an exaggeration or misuse of the word, there are literally dozens of better pictures online.

"45 percent of women and 25 percent of men, ages 16 to 24, are "not interested in or despised sexual contact.""
