    Ultimately our life really is pointless. Let's say an asteroid hits earth tomorrow and it is a scorch earth type of event. Every trace of humanity is erased from existence. Every great masterpiece or every evil deed now is like it never happened. Exactly what was the point of humanity in this scenario? 

    Now im not saying that you can't find meaning or happiness from your little window of existence..... But the point? Life is pretty pointless

    My friend is having kidney failure. She called me last week to tell me she's not gonna try and fix it, that she's just gonna go to Hawaii and just drink herself to death. She's 35.

    That's funny. Isn't kidney failure like completely fixable? It's not like some really bad form of cancer where the treatment is painful and might not work.

    Back your shit up. That way if it dies, you can transfer your shit. 

    My old one YLOD'd. I fixed it. It worked for a couple months, then it YLOD'd again. Couldnt fix it the second time. I didnt back it up, and I lost everything.

    That band I was recording a demo/EP for just backed out on me. Apparently they got free studio time with a profession engineer at a pro studio, and they'd rather do it with him instead of with me. 

    Sending all the scratch tracks to them now, because they want a reference for the new guy.

    Also, that metalcore band I'm working on a marketing plan for just fucked over their manager, who happens to be a good friend of mine. I like them even less now.

    iv heard Pearl Jam puts on a good show. There aren't any bands id wanna see that much, but i have always wanted to check it out for the experience. Too much money for that though unless i had a bunch of friends that wanted to go.
