I gotta say Avengers 2 was a bit of a letdown. I'm starting to wish Marvel would cut out the "surprise new hero in every movie" shit. It's one thing for all these supers to exist in the same universe, but it's a little much for them to all have interlocking stories
I know. It's just that they end up spending so much effort trying to appropriately build up the new character that they leave the core characters a little empty handed. Also, am I the only one that thought Hawkeye's little fam on the farm and the Black Widow/Hulk things were forced and out of character?
I believe they wanted to show a different side of those heroes, which in big movies such as these doesn't happen often. I think it was an ok move especially for the people going to see these movies that have no knowledge of the characters that don't read comics and so forth. I'm looking forward to the rest of the movies set to come out in the MCU and what they do with them.
I hope they don't make another Avengers movie. I would rather see the Avengers be more of a background thing than suffer through 3 hours of Scarlet Witch pining over Vision and War Machine being lame
