it was cool but for being a 3 hour movie, I feel like they rushed certain parts too much. dude peaces his family and the next scene is the rocket taking off. like wtf? should be been a good 5 minute scene between those.
also the way they showed the dust blowing on the corn field in the beginning was way too obviously fake. its only blowing on the area right in front of the camera and you can clearly see the rest of the field has nothing )
It was decent. Fight scenes were awesome. Among the best in the MCU so far. The tie ins were cool too. Wasnt expecting them. I thought Michael Douglas was gonna be shit as Hank Pym but he did good.
However you can tell the film was rewritten late into development. A lot of the jokes fell flat, and the pacing is terrible. Kinda wish Edgar Wright had just sucked it up and saw it through.
Pretty much agree with everything you said. Michael Douglas did a great job, tie ins were cool and alot of fun and the ending fight scene was freakin' brilliant. But yeah one of my only real problems with it was the pacing. Overall though, pretty decent movie. Did you catch the mid/end credit scenes? Those were also pretty dope

I was really bummed they never used the "clever girl" line in 'Jurassic World'. Do those writers even internet???
