you can never get your hopes up on a movie being real or based on a true story because you're just setting yourself up for disappointment. very few horror movies are actually based on true stories. zodiac and from hell are both based on true stories but a lot of the things in from hell were completely made up, and the ending of zodiac was also made up.
"That's another thing I love about metal, it's so fuckin' huge yet certain people don't even know it exists." - Rob Zombie
The only movie that got away from the "based on a true story/it's real factor" was the Blair Witch Project. They did so good hiding all the cast and everything, then they just came out and said it was fake and ruined it <_>

actually if you watch the full credits, it legit says 'this movie is pure fiction...'
Doing a double feature tonight of I Saw The Devil and a midnight showing of the Godfather
and good news for all News for those of you hoping Santa’s carrying something illegal in that burly bag: Warner Bros., has confirmed to EW that A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas has nabbed a release date. The follow-up to 2004′s Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle and 2008′s Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay will be in theaters on Nov. 4, 2011. Like the first two films, Christmas stars John Cho and Kal Penn — who briefly left his job working for the Obama administration to film the movie — as well as Neil Patrick Harris, playing “Neil Patrick Harris.”
\m/ I can't wait i love both those movies to death.

Yep. I am a huuuuuuge horror/paranormal fan, despite the fact I already don't believe anything paranormal is real, lol. But after spending time on the paranormal board on 4chan, someone dug up all links and the pages of the actress who was the psychiatrist in the "real" footage, and explained that all of it was completely fake. I also did research on my own, and yeah, it's all fake. That was the only selling point for that movie.

Me and a couple friends watched Easy A and Death Race 2 today, both were decent, but neither were special.
I adored the original Death Race. I also loved the remake, mainly because I have a giant girl boner for Jason Statham though, haha. But I loved the new concept. But a second one? Ehhh straight to dvd movies are almost always crap.
Jay, y u no like Harold and Kumar movies? They bring the heavy lolz
I don't like that they have to remake every single movie that was funny.......
yeah, the 2nd one wasnt as funny, the had some lulzy parts, but the whole george bush thing at the end was ridiculous. hopefully they write a better script for the new one, i still like all the characters and want to see them bring the lulz... the 1st one was a whole lot better though i will definately agree to that. If this one isnt better then the 2nd, they should just end the franchise...
the worst comdey remake ever imo was dumb and dumbereer.

What's so special about Jason Statham? My sister really likes him too, but only cause he's bald, he's a second rate actor, and i enjoyed Death Race 2 more than i did the first one.
