David Slade Developing New 'Daredevil' Movie The untitled project -- which Slade will direct -- will continue the 2003 movie that starred Ben Affleck 6:32 PM 3/15/2011 by Borys Kit
David Slade is in talks to develop and direct the new Daredevil movie, being made by 20th Century Fox and Regency. Peter Chernin's Chernin Entertainment will produce.
The so-far untitled project has no writer at this stage although the studio says it is aiming to make a movie that continues the story begun by the 2003 Ben Affleck movie. Affleck, however, is not involved in the new project.
As the DD project is still in the development stage, Slade’s next project is likely to the Phoenix Pictures’ period horror The Last Voyage of the Demeter. The lead role is not cast but Ben Kingsley and Noomi Rapace are attached to co-star.
Oh and a yay to "Super" playing by me on april 1. Its Rainn Wilson and Ellen Page as superheroes (from what i hear its more violent and fucked up then Kick Ass)
and good news for all News for those of you hoping Santa’s carrying something illegal in that burly bag: Warner Bros., has confirmed to EW that A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas has nabbed a release date. The follow-up to 2004′s Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle and 2008′s Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay will be in theaters on Nov. 4, 2011. Like the first two films, Christmas stars John Cho and Kal Penn — who briefly left his job working for the Obama administration to film the movie — as well as Neil Patrick Harris, playing “Neil Patrick Harris.”
